Bench to Bedside Part II: Accelerating the Medical Innovation Conversation

New York City wants to establish itself as the next hub of biotechnology. We have the funding, scientific intellect and thanks to recent initiatives will have the lab space we are desperately missing to compete with Boston and San Francisco. But there’s another piece of the puzzle involved – amplifying the work done in the medical innovation field and supporting medtech companies in New York City.

Hosted by the CCNY Master’s in Translational Medicine Program, CUNY Advanced Science Research Center NanoFab, FutureWorks NYC and CUNY Biotech, as a member of GRO-Biotech, join our panel of inventors and innovators for a discussion highlighting the challenges and opportunities associated with building medical device technology companies, who in New York City is doing this type of innovative work and why we should be focusing on bringing medical device technology into the conversation around accelerating biotechnology in New York City.

The panel will be held in the ASRC Auditorium with a reception to follow.
