Qualifications
MSIP is seeking industry leaders in the health care, biotechnology, and business sectors who are passionate about mentoring and shaping the future of innovation. Ideal candidates should have:
- leadership experience in health care, biotechnology, or related industries.
- a proven track record in entrepreneurship, commercialization, or innovation management.
- the ability to provide strategic guidance and practical insights to early-stage companies and entrepreneurs.
- a commitment to fostering the growth and development of emerging leaders in the industry.
Mentor Activities*:
- Host office hours with entrepreneurship team leads (approx. 20-minute virtual conversations with at least three teams per year).
- Participate in panel discussions and/or roundtable conversations at events organized by MSIP.
- Judge at pitch events organized by MSIP, including the annual Mount Sinai Pitch Challenge.
